Column Data Comparison

This tool compares data and returns results that involves data matching, left anti semi join or right anti semi join.

Usage

  1. Selection for process.
    • Data Matching - compares two sets of data and returns matching values.
    • Row Data Matching - compares two sets of data and returns matching values by row.
    • Left Anti Semi Join - returns left data that do not match right data.
    • Right Anti Semi Join - returns right data that do not match left data.
  2. Switch to enable or disable case sensitive checking.
  3. Button to process the comparison of two columns
  4. Button to clear the content of the coulmn A and B panel area.
  5. Selection for displaying data.
    • Show All - Display all the values from the result.
    • Distinct - Remove all duplicates from the result.
    • Distinct Ignore Case - Remove all the duplicates regardless if they are upper or lowercase letters.
  6. Button to select all the data in the result panel area.
  7. Button to clear the content of the result panel area.
  8. Column A panel area.
  9. Column B panel area.
  10. Result panel area

How to compare the two columns

  1. Paste the data to the two columns, A(8) and B(9).
  2. Select what type of process(1) to compare the columns.
  3. Click the Compare button(3) to start comparing.
  4. Result will display in the result panel(10).
